Cleaning the WIPE-IT
Keep your chemical resistant gloves and other personal protective equipment on while cleaning the WIPE-IT.

1. Slide the wicks out of the plastic tubes and place the wicks in a re-sealable plastic bag.

2. Rinse the handle and tubes in clean water. Save all of the rinse water for use in future herbicide mixes.

3. Add clean rinse water to the re-sealable plastic bag and seal the bag. The wicks have a semi-rigid plastic inside to help keep their shape. Care should be taken not to bend the wicks, thereby breaking the plastic. Gently massage the wicks to remove the herbicide. Pour out the water and save it for future herbicide mixes. Gently squeeze excess water out of the wicks. Do not twist or wring out the wicks.

4. Repeat step 3 two additional times.

5. Allow the wicks to air dry completely before storing them in the plastic bag or reinstalling on the plastic tubes.
